What the role entails
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage content on web site, manage email list, manage web site user accounts, and print lottery posters.
Specific duties throughout the year:
- Sunday - Create posters for 50-50 lottery and post them on our social media accounts.
- September to Mid October - Set up accounts for coaches and managers on the web site.
- Monthly - Post meeting minutes to web site
- On Demand - Post content to web site and social media. This often includes proofreading and editing content before posting
- On Demand - Review content on web site and remove any outdated content
- On Demand - Restructure and reformat content on web site to make it easier to find and use
- On Demand - Answer or redirect emails from members and others wishing to contact or get more information regarding AMHA programing etc.
- On Demand - Update team lists on the web site.
- On Demand - Respond to questions on Facebook
- On Demand - Publish weekly winners on Facebook.
- On Demand - Publish articles to Facebook
Qualifications
- Must be proficient in web page design.
- Experience with Google Workspace or a similar Directory Administrator software
- Facebook Page administration
- Criminal Records Check
